Northbound Highway 101 (From LA) to DPTC:
Take the Highway 1/Morro Bay Exit; it will curve around to Santa Rosa Street,
Turn right onto Santa Rosa Street, Go about 2 ½ miles,
Turn right onto Highland Dr. (Cal Poly State University entrance) and go ¼ mile,
Turn left onto Mt. Bishop Rd. (Crops Unit is on the corner) and go ½ mile,
Turn right into Dairy Unit
Dairy Products Technology Center is the large gray & blue building on the right

Southbound Highway 101 (From San Francisco) to DPTC:
Take the Morro Bay Exit
Turn right at stop sign onto Santa Rosa Street, Go about 2 ½ miles
Turn right onto Highland Dr. (Cal Poly State University entrance) and go ¼ mile,
Turn left onto Mt. Bishop Rd. (Crops Unit is on the corner) and go ½ mile,
Turn right into Dairy Unit
Dairy Products Technology Center is the large gray & blue building on the right

From San Luis Obispo Airport:

When you exit the airport's main entrance, turn left onto Broad Street.
Follow Broad Street into Downtown San Luis Obispo about 2.8 miles to Marsh Street. Turn right on Marsh Street and travel 5 blocks to Santa Rosa Street.
Turn left on Santa Rosa and stay on this until you get to the Highland Street entrance to the University approximately 3 1/2 miles.Turn right onto Highland Drive, 1/4 mile turn left on Mt. Bishop Road, 1/2 mile, turn right into Dairy Unit.

By Train:

When you exit through the main entrance, turn left onto Santa Barbara Street.
Continue down Santa Barbara Street until you come to Broad Street.
